Objective: The Commercial Applicator provides outstanding customer service by accurately applying
product to crops to promote plant health and soil management. This position reports to the Team Lead.

Qualifications: Commercial Applicator license required, high school diploma and operation of large
equipment preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Complete timely and accurate entry of application information in software provided
• Accurately blend and apply products following safety procedures
• Wear provided PPE when label or procedure requires
• Follow rinse procedures for jugs
• Communicate safe product handling with customers when required
• Provide paperwork to customer when required
• Maintain required training and certifications
• Safe operation and general maintenance of tools and equipment, report needed repairs
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Work efficiently with focus on safety first
